There’s often an unspoken expectation that after a certain amount of time, you should feel “better.”
But in reality, emotions don’t work to a timeline.
You might still feel hurt, angry, confused, or stuck—and at the same time, feel like you shouldn’t be.
That can make it difficult to open up, even to people close to you.
Counselling offers a space where you don’t have to rush the process.
There’s no set timeline, no pressure to move on, and no judgment about where you are. We go at your pace, taking the time to understand what you’ve been through and what you’re still carrying.
Sessions are available in person, over the phone, or online—whatever feels most comfortable for you.
The aim isn’t to force you forward, but to help you process things in a way that allows you to feel more present, more grounded, and able to move through life with greater ease.
