Hello! I’m Usha. I’m a counsellor currently working online with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, stress, depression and many of the common life circumstances that affect our mental health.
If you feel you need a safe and confidential space to talk, I’m here to help.
As a counsellor, I am not here to advise you or share my personal opinions. Instead, I’m here to guide you through your own thoughts, feelings and behaviours to help look for possible solutions, which will work best for you.
I understand that you are looking for the right counsellor. So I offer a 30-minute free introductory call (on Zoom or WhatsApp) so we can have a short chat, where you are free to ask questions and see whether you would like to go ahead and book an appointment.
